Why have my emails stopped working? |
If your University Card has expired your emails will stop working. Please check the expiry date in the bottom left of your card or on the University Self-Registration pages, then talk to the relevant Administration or HR team. If your university card is in date and the problem persists, you should be in touch with your local IT team. Alternatively, you can report an issue on the customer portal. Please note that if your support team is not currently using FreshService you will be redirected. |
